Candidates to come 

Candidates enter information into our database to be verified and seen by hiring employers

Fulfillment

Employers work with their dedicated WFH Relationship Manager to review the database to find the right candidates for their job postings.

Interviewing

Employers interview candidates and decide whether to make an offer, while candidates decide whether to accept

Processing

The employer can choose whether they use our processing and legal team to assist candidates in filing their own or choose their own processing firm.

Logistics

The relationship management team works on logistics to bring the new employee to the region.
